Very Good

Comfortable bed and friendly staff, good location close to MRT and shopping center

The room was too cold after we came back from outside and we informed staff about our situation they said it's normal and can't put the temperature down because it's will be something that I don't understand and if you feel toooo cold can turn off and turn on again, that's really weird.

Brilliant location and amazing views - a must stay for families.

We love this hotel! We stayed here four years ago when we were going through Singapore on a family holiday and booked it again this time due to the location, brilliant views, connecting rooms and cleanliness. While the rooms are small, it has everything you need and is close to the Metro, shopping centre and a Star Bucks. The check in process was easy and the staff were helpful. As an added touch, it was my birthday when we stayed and the hotel staff delivered a handwritten card as well as a box of donuts to our room. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Singapore.

Great location, very modern, compact rooms.

Amazing location and super comfortable beds! The room has everything you need. Nice bathroom.

The room is very compact and quite tricky to navigate with three people especially if everyone has a suitcase. Having said that, we only stayed one night and it was fit for purpose.

All in all, great hotel with great location for local eateries and shopping on Orchard Road.

The room was as described. Great for a close family of three. Not as spacious as first thought but was manageable. Great location. Walking distance to local supermarkets and Seven 11 shops. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety between fresh fruit, hot meals and ready to go items like yoghurt tubs.

Smaller than initially thought. Slightly difficult to move with three adults in the same room.

Perfect for solo travelling

I loved the location, very easy 2minute stroll to orchard rd and excpectional access to all transport. Staff friendly on check in Great facilities and the hotel and area felt very safe for solo travellers.

Good for short cheap stay. Clean, new and nice but small.

Bed gives adequate comfort, shower gets hot fast, but toilet gets wet. Room size is really too small, but everything being brand new feels good.

The toilet gets wet by the bathroom. The size of the room is really too too small.

Super clean but cramped and inaccurate descriptions

Super clean, great location

Very small beds even the double bed was smaller than expected. Room was cramped. I booked for triple room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. I got a double bed with a bunk bed. Neither my mom nor aunt couldn't go on top of the bunk bed. Nowhere was it mentioned the room had a bunk bed on booking.com. I believe this is deceptive advertising. If I had known I wouldn't have booked at all.

Comfy high tech business stay.

This is a funky hotel with good technology features (check-in, robots) and rooms that might be tight for space but come with excellent features. I would seek a larger room if I came with my partner but for a few days of business this was ideal.

Very good

Location is excellent, close to metro station and many shopping / eating options around. Bed was comfortable. View of room on the 21st floor was quite nice. The restaurant seems to have constantly some promos for happy hour, we were very satisfied with the gin tonics and fries. Yolanda and Yoshi from the reception are very friendly!

The room is very small, but I guess this is expected in Singapore.
